Ah, what a beautiful man

I'm too busy fawning over Arthur Rank to think of a better post title for our new release.

Innocent Beauty Arthur Rank 1 (AKA Xabungle 44)

Re-upload IX: Metaphasic Particles

Nein nein nein

I forgot to upload this when I usually do, but it should still be Monday somewhere in the world at the time of posting. Definitely not in Germany though.

Re-upload VIII: The 8th Wonder of the World

I just 8 lunch

Re-upload VII: One Winged Xabungle

Go straight to Nexus, do not collect dead Kirk

Re-upload VI: The Undiscovered Country

You haven't watched Xabungle until you've seen it in the original Klingon

Re-upload V: Old Raws Strike Back

You can get it now!

The re-upload process is still currently using the older raws, because we haven't re-timed all the subs to match the new raws.

Episode 43 is finally here!

Sorry for all the delays, but we've finally managed to sort all the problems involved, so episode 43 is here for you all!

Available in both classic and new raw format. Both come bundled with the appropriate .ass.

EDIT: Changed the links to BayFiles.

Xabungle re-upload IV: The Voyage Home

Here's the fantastic 4th episode once again!

Sardien also recently found a set of slightly higher quality raws, so we'll probably use those for all releases after this one.

30th anniversary, strike 3: Back in Training

Our celebration of Xabungle's 30th anniversary continues with episode 3!

30th anniversary re-upload 2: Wrath of Electric Boogaloo

I recently realised that based on the first and last air dates of Xabungle there must have been some weeks it didn't air, but since I can't find the exact air dates, I'll just re-upload an episode every week. The last episodes will be up long before their air dates anyway.

We've got episode 2!

Xabungle 30th anniversary!

February 6th is the day Xabungle began to air in Japan in 1982. Unfortunately real life stopped us from having a new release ready for this day, but since we lost our old DDLs, I had a fun idea I could do instead: I'll re-upload every episode on the 30th anniversary of their original air date. Since it's already past midnight in Finland, here's episode 1 to get us started!

On the subject of DDLs

I've been meaning to post about this for a while now, but Masoukishin II stopped me. As you know, our DDL releases were on Megaupload (Mega, mega, upload) and they are gone now. I haven't yet started to upload the episodes elsewhere because I'm waiting for it to become clear which DDL services are going to stick around in the aftermath. If anybody else wants to upload the episodes somewhere right now, you can do it (not that I could stop you even if I wanted to).

The answer to the ultimate question of Xabungle, Tomino and everything

Episode 42 has finally gone through our quality control process (read: us making bad jokes and improving a few lines), so here it is for your viewing pleasure.

Video, subs and everything

So long and thanks for all the subs

Since my usual Saturday pastime of playing Pokeyman cards is not happening this week, I'll spend the extra time on translating 44 and probably 45 too. "But what about episode 43", you ask. Well, that's already translated, just needs a little spit to make it nice and shiny.

Xabungle Legends 3 is not cancelled

Well, getting episode 41 out took a bit longer than I expected, but here it is.

Demo version

In other news, a few people have shown interest in possibly helping us finish Xabungle faster. I still need to work out the details with them, so stay tuned for further updates.

10 more to go

Subs for episode 40 have finally been finished, providing you with all the vitamins a growing boy or girl needs.

Flintstones Vitamins – The Leading Brand Moms Trust and Kids Love!

I'll just have an orange

We rise from the ashes like a magnificient phoenix

Wow, I have no idea how we ended up not getting any episodes out since November. The next break shouldn't be as long as that, since I'm already working on the translation. Oh, and people from /m/ might remember me mentioning a SECRET SPECIAL MEMBER that's been helping me and Sardien out with this episode. Some of you may have guessed this already, but Denkou is back! Oh yeah! He's now doing essentially the same work I did back when he was the primary translator.

And now the moment you've been waiting for, Xabungle episode 39 in glorious DDL:

Full service

Man the subs

Fanservice time!

There's a rather steamy shower scene in this one.

Nice long shower

A quick shower to wake you up

Sorry that the release took longer than I expected, I forgot to check Sardien's schedule before making that promise. Now back to playing this dating sim I call My Korean Life...

Welcome to flight 3637 to Zola

This is your captain speaking. I'll jump from the plane in Korea, but don't worry, the movies we are showing include Xabungle episodes 36 and 37.

Put on your headsets and enjoy the show

Light reading for the flight

Fatman Begins

I hope you enjoy our new double release, now with 100% more Fatman Power than before.

Fatman Power, full power!

Fatman Power, minimum burst!

I should be able to do at least two more episodes before heading to Korea. Once I'm there, I'm hoping to maintain a "at least 1 episode each month" schedule.

The Good, the Bad and the Cute

Bad news: There won't be another episode until early August due to a bug in the subbing grid of our mobile fortress.

Good news: You'll get at least two episodes in the next release for sure, probably more.

Now enjoy episode 33:
